In this lesson we look at Multiplexing

One of the things we need to consider in relation to Named User Plus Licensing is Multiplexing. Multiplexing is when a large number of end users and / or devices access the system via some type of interface or concentrator. Applications and Application Servers are the obvious examples but many customers also use feeder systems which are often overlooked. Understanding Multiplexing is key as it is a common gotcha in an Oracle Audit.
